When Pigs Surf?

We all know "when pigs fly" is an expression which means "it will never happen."  However, "when pigs surf" seems like an equally ridiculous thought. Prior to today I wasn't sure pigs could really swim.

Now I know pigs most definitely swim and can even surf.

Oh. My.

I was wildly amused by this video because it fits into the "people are awesome" category AND also overlaps with my consistent attraction to surfing.  (Exhibit A and B)
