Whether you feel bedraggled because of storm surges, poor health, bad weather, a terrible football season, traffic, a political loss, or disappointment of seeing Diane Sawyer ruin her personal brand (yikes!), there are still bright spots nearby. You just have to know where to find them! Fortunately, I've done some searching for you. Below is a simple video that contains ten minutes of puppy play. I am so easily amused ; )
Still, there's something therapeutic about watching this video. The purity of play and joy is contagious.

I agree with Richard Allan Palm, "puppies are nature's remedy for feeling unloved, plus numerous other ailments of life." But whether you have a puppy or not, if you find some time to play, I promise your day will be brighter.
