Scavenger Hunt Day!!
Tomorrow is a big day for Team Phenix. It's time for our 7th Annual MLK Jr. Scavenger Hunt. WooHoo!
In case you've missed the description from previous years, we leverage our day off by making memories AND some amazing photos. I usually assemble a list of things we need to find and then we spend half the day searching for the items around town. When we find what we need, we take a picture in front of said item. Three years ago we decided it to add a jumping element in the mix which makes everything that much more fun!
This year, Josh and Ellie came together to make the list keeping some of the favorites (Jump at the starting point, with other people, etc.). The day promises to be fun. Like previous years, we've decided to jump in most of our pictures. Everything below is from last year's adventure.
We'll start at home where we can get some extra air off a wall.We'll enlist the help of friends. Though we'll miss having our extended family with us. (This is my niece Courtney)And though we don't have any "optical illusion" targets on the list, I think we may have to improvise!These were some of my favorite shots last year!I noticed the kids put a target run on the list. Maybe we'll snag a bunch of stuff we don't need while we are there. Last year the stop was at Toys-R-Us.Of course we'll eat lunch out.And by the end of the day, we'll all feel like taking a nap.You can find the list here (MLK Jr hunt 2016) if you want to play along.
