Remembering Nelson Mandela

We do well to pay attention to the wise among us.  We would be wise to notice those who live life with purpose and make an impact on others.

Nelson Mandela's life was marked by integrity, honesty, and humility; the likes of which are rarely found.

I've been swimming in the eulogies (I love Bono's especially) and the quotes.  I remember the day Mandela was freed from prison and still can't believe he spent 27 years in jail for the freedom of others.

Remarkable doesn't begin to describe this man.

Take a few minutes today to reflect on the improbable life of Nelson Mandela.

The world's a better place because of Mr. Mandela and I, for one, am grateful for his life.
