Two Ingredients* Chocolate Chip Muffins
Can you call it call it baking if you use only TWO ingredients? Sure you can! This is my "go to" for everything last minute: the teacher's luncheon, the make-a-meal for a family, the surprise company, and, of course, the Christmas party. I routinely stock my fridge with these two things, so I'm good to bake at a moment's notice. Please try this at home!
This is what you need:
- A package of chocolate chip cookie dough
- A cube of cream cheese (ignore anything else you see in the background - there was "other stuff" happening in the kitchen!)

That's all. You bring those TWO items to room temperature so that you can blend them together easily.
Then you scoop the mix into mini-muffin pans and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (or so).
Presto! Chocolate Chip Muffins.
Done. That's it. This is also a fun and easy adventure if you want to bake with your kiddos. The success rate is high!
What are you waiting for?
*I realize technically there are more than two ingredients, but since there are only two things on the shopping list, I only count two. Right? Right!
